Wish i could give 10 stars. Ryan at reception desk, was the one we had most contact with. He was great in sharing hotel info & local restaurants. Tracy was fruendly & extremely helpful( from the Housekeeping Dept,. She said all rooms would be cleaned daily so that the hotel's high standards would continue. Morning breakfasts were delicious. Clean & food, coffee replenished. Best hotel we stayed at in all ways. Also, close to highways, restaurants, churches & recreation!

Hotels are ultimately a people business (as are all businesses), and let me tell ya… this hotel has that down. Best customer service of any hotel. I left my lights on to my car and needed jumper cables. Jason at the front desk and Walter didn’t even hesitate to come help. They jumped my car no questions asked and did it with a smile. Incredible experience. The entire staff was very attentive and kind including the kind lady at night when I arrived.

My stay at the Hampton Inn in Lincolnton, NC, was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel's location was convenient, easily accessible from the highway, and close to various dining and shopping options. Upon check-in, the staff at the front desk greeted me warmly and efficiently handled the process. They were friendly, accommodating, and ready to assist with any questions I had throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of travel. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as a mini-fridge and a microwave, which added to the convenience of the stay. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to kick-start the day. There was a good variety of options, including hot and cold items, ensuring something for everyone's taste.

Staff nice ....breakfast sucked. We were one of the first down to eat. Food not hot. For a Hampton expected more. Stayed at a holiday inn express. Breakfast was outstanding. Everything that was suppose to be hot was and everything that was suppose to be cold was. Whom ever is in charge of breakfast better check temps of hot food. Going to get someone very sick.

Beautiful and clean rooms! We absolutely loved that the refrigerator was actually cold!!! Plenty of plug-ins for our electronics. Staff was amazing and helpful.

Great service. Easy and fast checkin. Rooms are very clean. I can tell staff puts effort into cleanliness. Gym and pool are awesome!

Overall nice hotel. Good location. Extremely clean. The only thing that I missed was having a tub in my room. Also the room was small. I had to come back and add this on.....the water in our room is Luke warm at best! I absolutely dreaded …
